They completely listened and gave me exactly what I wanted – a short/medium length cut and coppery auburn hair color (over bleached out light brown). They were all extremely kind, and she worked very carefully and thoughtfully on my hair (she really cared about the quality). She also gave me great advice on how to maintain the health of my hair. They badly injured my neck at their jury-rigged hair-washing station because they don’t want to spend money on a real backwash unit, so instead they just put a glorified folding chair against a hand-washing sink. It’s been 10 months, 3 months of physical therapy, and my neck still hurts daily, affecting my quality of sleep and daily life.

My experience here is probably one of the best I had. I decided to cut my hair short since I had my hair long for 15 years and only had it short once in my life. I was really nervous and honestly didn’t want to cut it. However I am extremely impressed and happy with my outcome and I definitely feel confident about my hair compared to how it looked before. It’s been a few weeks since I was here but I really wanted to review! This place is incredible! I’ve been here twice with two different stylists, the most recent time with Rocio was fantastic! I have thick, curly hair and she managed to do a blow-dry/flat iron in record time, and it looked beautiful! I also loved that my hair still felt soft and conditioned after, not dull or dried out from the heat. Definitely my go-to salon! I highly recommend for anyone with ethnic hair who’s been struggling to find a place that knows how to handle it!
