Luisa is an excellent hair stylist. She was able to transform my hair and build my confidence again. I had dyed my hair for over 1 year with multiple “box dyes”. I was relieved and overly grateful when i saw Luisa’s results. She was able to lift all of the awful colors and give me the perfect base. My highlights were the perfect match. Luisa used vitamins and her own leave in conditioner formula so after my formation my hair was not left feeling stripped of moisture and life. She was pleasant and held good conversation. She introduced me to her children who also work at the salon which made me feel comfortable like I had gone there for years. I feel like I have finally found my forever salon thanks to Luisa.

I am appalled! I went in for a blow out and I said I wanted the spiral wave with the brush. She said OK. I saw she was using a large brush but figured she’d go over it with a smaller brush. She then asks me would I like the iron with it and because she did not do it the right way I said OK. Still did not come out the way. Go to pay and it’s $90!!! Never EVER have I paid that much, even when they use a curling iron! Never again. My fault for being nice and not asking. Not a good way to get new people! So upset at being taken advantage of!

I’ve been to this salon twice and both experiences were absolutely amazing! The first time I had gotten a round brush stuck in my hair and so I went to this salon and they immediately sat me down and took care of me. The process took about 5 hours and throughout that time, everyone was patient, caring and made conversation so I wouldn’t have to think about what was going on. They truly make you feel like family. As for the second time going, I got a wash + blow and some layers cut and the owner took care of me- again, same experience. Very sweet and took her time. You can see on her face she’s very passionate about what she does. She also gifted me a hair mask after my purchase which I am extremely grateful for. I found my new salon and I think you guys should too! Thank you Luisa and family!

This place is just amazing! I am out in Riverhead for a wedding and needed a place to get my hair and makeup done. I googled this place I saw that it had really great reviews so I booked an appointment. It’s a family own business. Luisa the owner is such a beautiful and charismatic person. She makes you feel like you are old friends catching up. She made my hair look amazing. I walked out looking like a new person! I am truly grateful to have found them!

I was visiting with my Mom in Riverhead I called on a Sunday asking if they had any time for a blow out. Lucia said come now. I was so grateful. I cannot say enough what a wonderful visit I had. Not only did she accommodate me without an appointment, she and her daughter, Kimberly performed magic. The hair products were so great. I had no idea Lucia had her own line. The mask was amazing! I could fall asleep with the shampoo. I cannot even explain the blow out from Kimberly. My hair has never looked better. I have very frizzy, unruly hair. She made it smooth and beautiful. Thank you guys. I will be back when I visit my Mom and will definitely buy your hair care products. ❤️
