I called the West New York office to make an appt. & they messed up & made me an appt at their Kearny location. When i got to the WNY appt they told me they couldnt see me bc they were backed up. Didnt matter to the receptionist that i was on crutches & i told her i had recently had hip replacement surgery, & i had climbed up their long flight of stairs (which they don’t mention that its on the 2nd fl on their website), & that my appt was to have a mole biopsied.
