Old man didn’t even do what I asked. I asked for a low taper, he didn’t even ask how much length I wanted trimmed from the top, he just grabbed the clippers and cut it straight . I didn’t even see him switch clippers for the sides, like if everything was free handed. I mentioned to him that this is not what I wanted and that it’s not even a taper. He said it was and me wished me a good day. I noticed everyone was going to the other barber named John. So if you wanna pull up go with him. Not the old man with glasses. He would get distracted and start talking on the phone or if someone he knew walked in he would stop completely to talk like if I didn’t have somewhere to go. Worst experience ever, would rate zero stars if I could.

This is where my son got his first real haircut. He cried the entire time and the barber, an older gentleman, sorry I don’t know his name, but he worked super fast through the crazy storm my kid coordinated for the moment, and it came out really good. So I felt awful for this barber, but when he’s done he turns to me and says: bring him back, he needs to get used to this. I thought that was very nice! If I had to do what he did…itd be the last time I would have done it. These guys are cool to sign up for the long haul. Thank you, we will be back.
