I didn’t like conversation with front desk assistant. Her name is Marissa. I spoke with another lady in the beginning of my call, I told her all my personal information and we made an appointment. Then I asked one more question regarding my cosmetologist and she put me on hold. Then Marissa involved into our conversation, asked again my personal information, phone number and credit card number to charge me for 50% of my facial. She didn’t even ask what kind of facial I want, what amount she wanted to charge me? I told her can I speak with manager, but she denied it. She started arguing with me and I didn’t feel comfortable to continue this conversation.

The owner is only nice to his clients with money he has no genuine heart in his soul it’s just dark and only for his benefits. Don’t waste your time in this salon go to another salon that doesn’t treat their workers like dog food. SUCH A CONTRADICTING PLACE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY

Stacy has been my stylist for nearly a year and I wouldn’t even think of going elsewhere. Stacy found the perfect color and style that compliments my natural color and skin tone – so much so that I am literally stopped on the street on a regular basis and asked where I go to get my hair done. The rest of the staff is amazing and Luigi himself is a wonderful stylist that knows exactly how to run a salon and spa! Highly recommend.

Probably my best hair styling experience since Paris. Luigi is fantastic. Since my first appointment with him last week, I keep being complimented on my cut and highlights, every day, and even after washing my hair without styling them. My admiring partner described my new cut as “delightfully and gracefully framing my beautiful face”. As for me, I was totally impressed by Luigi as I watched him working his magic, in the mirror, during the appointment. I am currently reading a book where a Russian count once watches his barber at work, and I find it totally appropriate for Luigi: “In Yaroslav’s hands, the scissors initially recalled the `entrechat’ of a `danseur’ in a ballet, his legs switching back and forth in midair. But as the barber progressed, his hands moved with increasing speed until they leapt and kicked like a Cossack doing the hopak! Upon execution of the final snip, it would have been perfectly appropriate for a curtain to drop, only to be raised a moment later so that the audience could applaud as the barber took a bow.” Thank you, Luigi, for renewing me.

This was my first visit to the Luigi Parasmo Salon & Spa and it was absolutely amazing! My mother and I decided to spoil our selves for a special Mother’s Day and it was divine! We both had facials with Nadia and my mother and I both commented they were the best facial we ever had! Nadia took the time to explain treatments as needed, but still kept a soothing, calming, and ultra relaxing atmosphere throughout the entire experience. My face has stayed soft and moisturized for three days after! We both had equally amazing massages with Elena. I had some exercise strains and she made sure to massage those knots away. My mother had a hot stone massage and she said she has never been so relaxed! We both ended the day with a shampoo and blow-dry so we looked extra nice for the Mother’s Day dinner planned a few hours later. The entire experience was lovely and very relaxing. Thank you to all the employees at the Spa! We had a very special and memorable Mother’s Day treat!! We will be back!!
