Critical: CommunicationI was excited to have found a new place after moving from Houston, until my second visit. Before beginning, I mentioned that I had bought the Botox bogo and had it on my account. The injector says “no worries, show her at the front” and continues on. I go to pay and am told they don’t offer Botox despite advertising it. I was treated as if I didn’t comprehend that there is a different manufacturer that produces Botox/dysport when speaking about the loyalty programs. So my appt I booked that should have saved me $100- wasn’t like that at all because they injected me with dysport without telling me. After that, the receptionist shows me that my last visit never even had my reward points applied to the Aspire loyalty account but that “she’d be happy to set it up”. I’m sorry what?!? Maybe it’s just because I moved from Houston with skilled, professional establishments but this was a very poor experience. I should have left when the injector told me it was just a part time job for her..wasted money on their miscommunication. I was excited to have found a new place after moving from Houston, until my second visit. Before beginning, I mentioned that I had bought the Botox bogo and had it on my account. I’ve never really done any kind of work besides a little Botox and I’m just not familiar with everything they can do. Then I thought it’s probably so expensive it just wouldn’t be something I could afford. Ana and Jennifer were so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. After LISTENING to what bothers me the most they took the time to make suggestions and explained how all of it works. I ended up starting with the dermalinfusion and left with immediate results! I’ve always been a little intimidated to go into a spa. I’ve never really done any kind of work besides a little Botox and I’m just not familiar with everything they can do. Then I thought it’s probably so expensive it just wouldn’t be something I could afford. Ana and Jennifer were so sweet and made me feel very comfortable. After LISTENING to what bothers me the most they took the time to make suggestions and explained how all of it works. I ended up starting with the dermalinfusion and left with immediate results!
