I have been going to Lu Dawn for about 3 years now, possibly more. Kaylee does my hair and my boys. She is awesome! I always feel welcomed and just walking into the door I start to relax. Dawn is fabulous for all she offers for skin and relaxation therapy. Sarah is a top notch masseuse too. We go to them for a couples massage every couple months, and I get one for myself whenever I can. The ambiance is everything you hope for in a spa, from the decor to the smell to the vibe.

I recently moved to this area and was very nervous to find a, salon as I had the same stylist for many years. My hair is long and I am very particular of the way it is cut and styled. I visited the salon to check it out after reading the fantastic reviews and asked to be put with the best stylist. They said no problem Kailee is the best and she really is! I love my hair, she took time to listen to what I wanted and we chose a color to hi-light my hair together. She is truly a master stylist, do not hesitate to book with her.

I had the pleasure of meeting Kaylee O yesterday for a shampoo, cut and style and I’m so glad I did! I know I’m particular about my hair but no complaints whatsoever here! She took the time to assess what I wanted done with my hair, was a sweetheart and is very talented. I am new to Ocala and have found my new stylist here. The atmosphere in the spa is very relaxing and the staff are wonderful and hospitable . It was EXACTLY what I needed after some very stressful times and I left loving my hair and looking like I spent a fortune but for the money and what I got…. a GREAT value! I will be back! Maybe I will drop some BIG hints to my kids that a spa day here is what I want for Mother’s Day or my birthday, both this month.

I used to dread regular trips to a salon. Now I look forward to every spa visit! LuDawn has such an amazing and immersive atmosphere, I feel pampered every time. “Maintenance” use to be a chore, now “self-care” is truly a restorative treat. Melisa is amazingly talented and insightful, truly bringing out the best in my hair color and style. Erika is sheer magic, delivering wonderful facials, manicures and pedicures. Before LuDawn and Erika, I don’t think I would have used ‘waxing’ and ‘relaxing’ in the same sentence, but here we are! The entire staff is warm and welcoming!

A massage with Brooke includes her amazing knowledge and ability to find just the right spot. Took 3 tries to even get an appointment. Eyebrow wax was great. Nails not so much. They did not have a great selection to choose from. Chose a color and when they pulled it out it had hardened so it was unusable. Less than 2 weeks later the polish started to lift on 3 of my fingers. I usually get at least a month out of my gel polish.

I was offered beverages, and my comfort was a top priority. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Melisa, and the amazing job she did on my hair! She knew exactly what I wanted (maybe even more than I did) and she did an incredibly job! I really loved that all of their products were organic.
