Lucy’s was a joke, I have curly hair so I called because they showed they had specific curly hair training. The moment I walked in I informed them I had an appointment with Michelle, who scheduled me 3 days prior. She didn’t even know she had an Appointment, and told someone else she could cut my hair. This other woman comes out and starts combing through my hair and talking about straightening my hair to cut it…this defeats the purpose, she then refused to cut my hair and stormed off.
