Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went into this place on 9/24/21, for a 30 minute message. During the message, Lucy the owner came in without knocking to inform Tina that a client just walked in and she should finish already. The message from Tina was really nice. Before I left the salon, I told Lucy, the owner of the salon that I felt I was being rushed out of my message room and I do not appreciate being rushed out. I am too a customer and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. When I confronted Lucy, she was very disrespectful to me in front of all other customers and instantly erased my manicure appointment for Sunday – 9/26/21 and said “do not come here anymore.” I said to Lucy, “you are kicking me out.” It is fine, because I will not come to a place that is rude. Lucy’s treatment was very unprofessional and showed poor quality. It is indeed a shame, since I was going there for sometime now, and will eagerly look for a different salon where they treat their clients with care and eagerness to please. In addition, Lucy even started to yell to Tina, her worker as to why she taking her time too long in giving a message. I went into this place on 9/24/21, for a 30 minute message. During the message, Lucy the owner came in without knocking to inform Tina that a client just walked in and she should finish already. Critical: Quality, ValueFirst time here. Service was mediocre. Paint jobon my feet was good but I was VERY dissatisfied with the way my feet felt. I have had better work done with making my feet feel soft. For my in law, The painting with 2 coats looked like 1 coat. My in law requested that the color be changed because adding more coats would mess up the paint job. The owner Lucy stated (rudely). If you change color that was an additional fee because she was holding up other scheduledappts. However, I felt that the color & paint job was horrible.I would NOT RECOMMEND this place.First time here. Service was mediocre. This is a nice nail spa salon if you want a basic nail service. The staff members are friendly. However I would not go there for anything complicated like gel, acrylic, or powdered nail service. The owner and one of the staff members worked on my nails and I was there for 2 hours. My nail services was started by the owner. Something must have happened so she left and instructed one of the girls to continue. The girl who I’m sure is a sweetheart then asked me if I knew how much my nails will cost before she continues because some clients will refuse to pay after service and she just need to make sure before she continues. I laughed and said yes. When she was almost done her client showed up and she left me to go to her client. The owner came back and took over. Neither communicated with each other and my nails were looking terrible so i spoke up. The owner just huffed at me. I asked for stones on some my nails. She proceeded to pour glue on my nails to the point that she needed to file some of the glue down after it dried. The store is clean and Im sure the owner and her staff mean well. But I will not do my nails there anymore.

Lucy must commit to doing her Customer mani/padi herself or hire skillful help.I paid $73 + gave a tip for my gel powder tips to be uneven. Right hand done by Lucy perfect the left hand done by another tech was to thick and very disappointing.

Won’t be going back. The nail technicians work very hard. Unfortunately the owner Lucy & her daughter Lena are argumentative, pompous, and down right rude to their clients & staff. Being kind or smiling doesn’t cost anything. They are both a misery. I chose to spend my money elsewhere at an establishment where I’m treat with courtesy.

Definitely not a fan of this place anymore. They recently renovated and before the expansion the owner and the ladies working here were very nice and welcoming. Once the expansion happened the mood shifted drastically. There were no more hellos when walking in and I always felt very unwelcomed by the owner Lucy. Not sure why the change but when the service and experience starts to decrease that means it’s time to take my time and money elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible. Besides for the fact that the store is decorated like a bunch of 7 year olds are playing pretend spa, my nails looked like they had been done by a 7 year old. They water down their nail polish so much that I my light pink color looked more like clear. And they have barely any polish colors. Oh and don’t get me started on how unfriendly they were, walking in not one person greeted me or even acknowledged the fact I had walked in. As I got up to go dry my nails the lady took my phone and the money I had on top of my phone for me (as she should) but when she handed me my phone she had took the money for herself just assuming it was a tip for her. Found that very obnoxious, definetly do not recommend.

I got my nails done by nancy, worst mani and pedi ever. My nails looked like a 5 year old did them. She rushed and it showed. When i tried fixing the fact that she did not cut my nail cuticles she got upset said i am not finished and proceeded to polish my nails. Will not be coming back. Wont recommend anyone here.
