Horrible horrible experience. Did my nails and then four days later they all were coming off. Went in to get them fix and the nails techs didn’t believe me and wanted to see a credit card statement so I showed them. Then they fixed my nails however they were yelling at one another and I felt so awkward. Made me feel bad for coming into the shop. I asked for my money back and the tech wouldn’t give me my money back so she fixed my nails which I thought. A day goes by and my nail literally broke off in 1 day. I’m so sad about this because I’m going to have to spend more money to get them fixed somewhere else. Worse nail experience in my life. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a joyful and calming experience and it was far from that. Very stressful and awkward experience. Never will be going back here. Not a nail place to go to.

I had a very pleasant and calming mani pedi. The nail artists were extremely skilled and they even suggested a better color for my requested style that I ended up preferring. I highly recommend visiting this nail salon for your next pamper day. Nail decals

My first time here and the service was amazing. They were able to fit me in last min at the end of the day before my trip. It’s going on 3 weeks and my nails are still decent. I was going to another salon (won’t mention the name) before coming here and at that salon it never failed my nails always broke either the same day or the next day. But not here at Lucy’s my nails lasted during my whole trip of traveling, luggage, airport, excursions, beach etc. Thank you Lucy’s I will definitely be back.

Critical: ProfessionalismI went in this morning in a really good mood, Lucy did my fill and was very rude and unprofessional showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails to look like (a pink French tip) the color was looking very streaky awful!!. This lady still gets upset like if it was my fault!!!. It was only obvious she didn’t know how to do a French tip!!! Lucy and her husband are amazing! Their customer service is second to none. Mai does a consistently flawless job on my gel manicure and (regular) pedicure she even suggests fabulous options when I have no idea what I want. I won’t go anywhere else… EVER! I love them ALL there!
