I went in to get my massage, the lady was on the couch laid out on the phone. She would let me tell her what I wanted to get or she couldn’t understand me. Then she charged me before the massage, which they never do, then was really aggressive about giving her a tip for job that she didn’t even start. And when I gave her a tip anyhow, it was “too small” for her and she got upset. Then she walked out of the job before my hour was up and another lady had to take over. I know from experience that customer service is a thankless job as is, but any extra money given that is not required is a courtesy in itself. And to not even finish the job and try to kick me out for tipping the lady who came in and finished was very unprofessional

Two of their stores are extremely amazing! ! ! I have gotten the acupressure massage from Lucy multiple times when my back and shoulders were feeling tight and also when I was in actual pain. I always feel much better immediately afterwards and really don’t know what I would do without her! Her prices are reasonable and she really puts effort into her work, making sure you feel great and get the results you need. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage.

The message was great only 2 issues 1 the masseuse did not speak any English so she had to keep texting someone by phone to translate 2 when my husband went to pay for services she texted whomever she had been talking with to ask for a tip she did not give us the opportunity to tip on our own. That was an instant turn off for my husband so we tipped her and went our way other than that the service was quite good.
