Critical: ProfessionalismI made a appointment to have my hair cut and colored, my appointment was at 9:30am they told me my appointment would be with Anna. Well I get there early and I wait. When they get me back in the chair I show the lady what I want and she tells me oh we can’t do that today, your only here for a hair cut!! I said no I said over the phone hair cut and color. She’s all sorry I can’t do that today!! Seriously why did they even make me a appointment for a hair cut and color. Very disappointed in this place. I was being treated to a, much over due, hair cut to help my appearance when meeting new people for my new small business as a Christmas present. When When Lucy the owner got done I looked like a new woman ( I was literally in tears) and she wouldn’t accept payment for cut and style and wished me a Merry Christmas. If i could post before and after pics I would. She made me a new woman. I will never be able to thank her enough.
