Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNeeded a haircut so badly due to the salon shut downs. Drove to Hermiston from Richland, WA and Lucy’s was the only salon that had an opening. The salon is Spanish speaking and I unfortunately speak very little to no Spanish but everyone in the salon was so helpful and accommodating. Needed a haircut so badly due to the salon shut downs. Drove to Hermiston from Richland, WA and Lucy’s was the only salon that had an opening. The salon is Spanish speaking and I unfortunately speak very little to no Spanish but everyone in the salon was so helpful and accommodating. I received a wonderful haircut from Lucy and she even styled it for me. Highly recommend this salon…great service, great people, great haircut!!!
