My family always used to go to Lucy’s for all of us to get our hair cuts. But lately their service have gotten really bad..I’ve literally called them 4 times today and not one of them picked up the phone . i even called them twice last week and no one ever answers their phone.. but yet if I go there in person they would not take me if I do not have an appointment. But yet no one ever picks up the phone like come on now that’s how you ruin your business.

Had a great experience. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. (was a Wednesday, so I wouldn’t expect the same late in the week) Lucy is very skilled with her scissors! I have long hair and looking to get layers. I explained the details of what I wanted and she delivered effortlessly. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve explained my details to hairstylists and just end up with something similar, at best. Very happy with my hair and her service. Reasonably priced. Calm environment. Plenty of on street parking, that day at least. I will be returning and recommending.

The customer service is actually bad , I went to go get a hair cut and dye & Lucy didn’t want to dry my hair after it got dyed talking about it looks better like that, which it didn’t wth & when I made appointment that following Friday they were being petty because I told them I had an emergency which I did I had to take my sisters somewhere… they said that I should’ve been there earlier or told them earlier like you don’t plan an emergency it just happens. Rude as hell. After I was apologizing and begging . & I still gave more money In tips which now I regret! Never stepping foot there ever again!!!!

This review is for the salon on union st!!! That place was horrible it looks dirty and the lady was extremely rude she did a horrible job on my 2 yr old which by the way doesn’t move or cry so there was no reason for the bad service! When I told her I was unsatisfied with the service she gave me a bad attitude and began to insulte me!! And still charge my husband $12 for the horrible job… I never been treated that way before i will never step foot in that place again!!! Not worth the money or the time… extremely unsatisfied!!!!
