Best nail salon I’ve been to! Adrianna actually cares about the HEALTH of your natural nails, and that you’re always satisfied with the work! Also shape is always perfection, and there aren’t really limitations on color/designs like I have experienced elsewhere. Always clean, professional, and overall good experience when I go! Thought I’d give them a try. When you have an issue with not enough staff and cannot accommodate people tell them before you take their money or offer money back if you want to gain clientele. My first time trying this salon. My nails were horrible! Didn’t last a few days! I paid regularly for nails no matter the price and tip very well at other salons. Thought I’d give them a try. When you have an issue with not enough staff and cannot accommodate people tell them before you take their money or offer money back if you want to gain clientele. Disappointed. They don’t do walk-ins. I was looking for a new shop and wanted to get my nails done. Even though I was there, as a walk-in I was advised that I could probably get an appointment within the “next 14 days”.

Today was my first time at Lucy’s, I had called shortly after they opened and asked if they take walk-in clients; they don’t and are appointment only. The woman who answered was super polite and was able to fit me in same day just a few hours later. I had some acrylic nails on from a different salon and wanted to have them removed and just have gel painted on my natural nail. I was fit in with Kelly, she was so fun to talk to and knew what she was doing. I noticed her tools were soaking in disinfectant as soon as I walked in (awesome) and she was super gentle with my natural nails for the entire removal process. She changed the sanding band on her drill as well which is also very sanitary and appreciated. She took her time with the application, which I enjoyed very much. If she noticed something didn’t look right, she fixed it without being asked and I cannot stress enough how grateful I am for that. Often times these salons are chop shops that want you in and out and don’t care about your nails; Lucy’s is not one of them salons and Kelly was amazing! The decor of the salon was so cute and unique, it was clean and the other nail technicians all seemed to have positive energies that made their clients feel welcome. I can’t believe I’ve lived up the street from this salon forever and I’m just now going to them! I will definitely be back and reccomend this salon to anyone who asks. I am absolutely in love with my gel overlay and can’t wait to go back for my next appointment! Quality work and service.

The best nail salon I’ve been to!! All the girls are very creative, nice, and great at conversation!! The designs they are able to do are unreal! Every time I’d go somewhere I’d at LEAST get asked where I got my nails done about 5 times. The salon is very cute, warm, and welcoming. I won’t go anywhere else for my nails!!

Easily 5 stars! My gel nails have lasted 3 weeks consistently since coming here. The staff is quick, efficient, fun, and readily available to make an appointment. The salon is shabby & chic, the color selection is massive, and the prices are definitely affordable. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re missing out!
