Terrible, do not go here! My mother-in-law took me, my daughter and my son’s girlfriend as a Christmas gift. 3 pedicures and 1 manicure. It was horrible. They barely spoke any English. They were so rude and talked loudly across the salon in their language while pretty much ignoring us. One girl looked like she barely just rolled out of bed. As my girlfriend and I entered the salon, EVERYONE stared at us. We did not receive a greeting. During her nail service, the lady doing her nails was unprofessional. She answered the phone mid service and flipped through her planner to book an appointment when two other workers near her were not doing anything other than talking. TERRIBLE customer service! STAY AWAY! The worst part her nail service was $25, she gave the older guy $40 and they gave back $10. When asked how much was the service, she said $25. They kept $5 for tip without saying anything. I’ve been going to Lucy’s Nails for 10 years. It’s a family owned business, and they do great work. Tom, the owner, has always done my nails. He does an excellent job! I won’t go anywhere else.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done, Mani/Pedi’s, for both of us. They have many selections and good prices though we spent $105 for the both of us before tip. However, my cuticles were not completely removed during my manicure and immediately after leaving my nail color was ruined because three layers of nail polish and using your hands never works well. My toes however did do well (they were done by someone else and she did pretty good). Overall, OK experience. UPDATE: One week later and my daughter’s acrylics have already snapped off!!! Never has she experienced that before. We will not be returning to have our nails done here. I wish we could get half of our money back.

I love that they have people who speak English so you can get what you want. At the same time, I was really rushed. So is my daughter. A pedicure in 15-20 minutes? She doesn’t really do the massage with the manicure.. well, she does but I had to ask her to put lotion. Kind of. I had to ask her to put lotion on my fingers. Finally found a place that gets the shape of my nails perfect!! Every place I go to I end up being disappointed with the odd squareness or they try and push me to get them longer. This place listened to what I wanted and and followed my pic exactly! And the prices are amazing! Super friendly too with a happy environment. I will be returning!!

I bought the most expensive pedicure and ended up not getting any hot stones, wax or massage-all of which were included. Once the pedicure began the woman had trouble taking of my toe polish. She walked away and came back with an acrylic nail drill. The drill hurt very much and it burnt the top of my nails. Then, I was sliced 3 times while she was cutting my cuticles. Next was the foot scrubber (aka cheese grater) that burned my heels and sides of me feet. These spots began to bleed as the pedicure went on. When the pedicure started I told her I had an ingrown toenail and to leave it alone per doctors orders. She insisted on trying to get it out. I screamed out in pain as she jammed the tool under my skin, and I repeatedly told her to stop. And to top it all off the massage chair was not functional. Worst experience I’ve ever had. It’s been 3 days and I am still limping in pain.
