I’ve been here a few times and Lucy always made my nails flawless! I love love love Lucy and her services! She’s so nice and always try her best to satisfy all of her customers, she pays very close attention to details!!!! The inside of the salon is very clean also! Very relaxing atmosphere~~

The ladies are both so friendly, patient and gentle. The attention to detail is evident in their work. This is maybe the first time I go to a nail shop where the ladies aren’t being rude to either you or other customers and they aren’t rushing through their work to take the next person. They take their time and do it RIGHT! All while getting you out of there in little time. There is literally nothing I disliked about my first visit to the shop. Highly recommend!! I very rarely leave a review but Lucy’s nail and Spa is hands down the BEST nail shop in Escondido. The ladies are both so friendly, patient and gentle. The attention to detail is evident in their work. This is maybe the first time I go to a nail shop where the ladies aren’t being rude to either you or other customers and they aren’t rushing through their work to take the next person. After my last visit to Selebrity Nails, I was frustrated and ready to rip my nails off, but I took a chance and called LUCY and what a GEM I found!! She was welcoming from the moment I arrived and her work on my nails was EXCELLENT!!! She did EXACTLY what I asked her to do and let me tell you, I went to the store afterwards and was asked by 3 different people where I got my nails done!! I lost my long time nail tech when the pandemic happened, since then, I have been to (3) different nail salons trying to find someone that does QUALITY work! After my last visit to Selebrity Nails, I was frustrated and ready to rip my nails off, but I took a chance and called LUCY and what a GEM I found!! She was welcoming from the moment I arrived and her work on my nails was EXCELLENT!!! Critical: ProfessionalismI went theire to relax and have may mani and pedi. This old lady keep on screaming at me. She even picked the wrong nail polish color and blamed it for her mistake. Omg! What a rude person. Imagine in front of everybody she was screaming at me. The owner was there she didnt even corrected this old lady. Do not go there.
