I find the owner abrasive and condescending. I told her I needed my nails stronger, she just kept saying she knew how to do my nails. One week later I have three that have broken . I’ve been having my nails done for 10+ years and have never experienced someone so rude to her customers. My nails have barely grown and now I have to get them done again. (Thumb on right cracked and I had to file down and completely chipped two nails because they were weak ) Price says $35 for liquid gel $10 extra for gel polish. Every time I go in she takes nails off and charges for repairs that don’t need to be done. $60 minimum when she does them. The technician named Kim is terrific and always listens and does what I’ve asked. I no longer want to encounter the owner so I’m not going back!

Exceptional today! The owner was nicer today! As long as she’s nice we love going here. I simply want these owners of nail salons to treat everyone the same that’s all. Speak to each person. Show you care, and happy they choose to come to your establishment. The owner was just mean sometimes when we come in. Plus the nickel and dime you with everything. However, if you’re nice and respectful some customers won’t mind paying as long as we are treated fairly. Feeling like we belong there and are happy to have us.

My mom and I have been going to Lucy Nails now for a while. My mom has been going for over 10 years to this place. There has never been a time that I left Lucy Nails upset or unhappy. The service is very professional and kind. The outcome of the nails is amazing as well. Compared to other nail places, the prices here are not too bad either. There are a bunch of other facilities other than mani & pedi, such as waxing, and eyelash extensions. They can also do designs as long as it’s not too complicated such as the picture below that I inputted. Overall, if your looking for a nail salon to go to, you found the right one! Also the pictures may not be well taken but you get the idea and you can see the detail nicely

First time customer here and I had Lucy as my nail tech. I did a new full set ombre acrylic nails with a marble design on my ring fingers and gel top coat. Lucy was amazing. Her technique for the ombre was different and more efficient than other nail techs I’ve had before at other salons. It took less than one hour and I was out at a decent time for dinner. The price was pretty decent especially for ombre and nail design. I will definitely go back if I lived here locally.

Lucy and her team are awesome! They always greet me when I walk in and listen to and follow any special instructions. Want 5 different colors? “No problem” Want a different design on each nail? “No problem”. I often get the last appointment because…well, work, and finish up well past closing, but I never feel like they are trying to rush through to get me out the door! I always walk out relaxed and pleased with the results. Call and make an appointment or just walk in…tell them Tracy sent you. You won’t be disappointed!
