The lady was being so lazy talking about she don’t know how to do long nails all I asked for was for her to change the color of my nails to one simple color. Like how you went to cosmetology school and don’t know how to do all kinds of lengths and there was only one employee trying to take care of 5 people at a time.

Terrible customer service I went yesterday and they said they did not do color dip powder and I had gone there couple weeks ago and they did my nails and I was very happy. They finally told me okay come back tomorrow and now I went and requested a color powder and the design be like a fade color towards the tip of my nail so it’s clear at the bottom and she said it was not possible. I’ve had that done many many times in Las Vegas and Other places in Houston. Bad customer service will not go back again.
