Lucy and Ty are Beautiful People. My daughter-in-law recommended me to go there. With it being my first time both of them made sure I was comfortable and happy. I suffer from spasms in my feet in legs do to sciatica in my back and legs . I never know when on is going to hit and it did as TY was painting my toes .He was so helpful working the spasms out of my foot for me. It really meant a lot to me that he helped me ❤️ and made sure I was ok . Most people don’t know what to do or help a person. I really cant take good pictures but that DIAMOND POLISH LINE GAVE ME LIFE THANK YOU SO MUCH THE LUCY LEE TEAM YOU GUY ARE AWESOME ❤️

Six days after getting gel manicure – one nail just came straight off when I grabbed something. Other nails are already chipping. 40 mins late to start appointment that was for right when they opened. Was trying to do something special for my niece’s birthday & instead we sat their waiting for so long and then I got a rushed job. No discount offered. Paid $150 for gel mani/pedi + kids mani/pedi, now six days later I have to pay again and spend time I don’t have to get these fixed before a trip. I used to come here and didn’t have any problems before. I hardly ever leave reviews but now that the nails are chipping off like this it it doesn’t feel right to stay quiet about my experience.

This was my second time coming to Lucy Lee and I really love this salon. Everyone is so welcoming and this is a place where you can relax. I did spa pedicure and I love that I didn’t feel like I was rushed or that girl who worked on my nail was rushing to finish my nails to get to the other customer. Lucy did a great gob and I am for sure coming back to this nail salon.

The owner was nice. But the person who did my nails cut all of my cuticles and today they are scabbed and bleeding. For the price I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Went in for dip mani with tips. I’m not sure the ladies name who did my nails today but she was nice but her work is not the best. The application of the dip is a little sloppy, the shapes are off (wanted square round). It’s not smooth, lots of bumps in the thumb and and they’re thick. Someone recommended I go with Lucy so I’ll be giving them another try in a couple of weeks with another tech. But overall the place is clean and everyone is so sweet.

First time here, got a gift card from my husband for my birthday. It was a bit of a drive but he is sweet and thought the place would be a luxury, since it is in Clayton and looked good. I have had lots of pedicures, the staff were really nice but the pedicure was not good. I had paraffin treatment added and was really confused to why they did this after painting my nails. Starting off the water was scalding hot, I could not put my feet in. Thought honest mistake but it just went down from there. I dont normally leave reviews but my nails and polish are so bad that just cant leave it on. Not like they were distracted, barely anyone in shop. Not worth the extra time and money. My husband said I should go back to have them fix it but why? Still got money on my giftcard but that wont be used. Had wax still stuck on parts of nails.

I love it here!! Everyone is super nice and the pedicure was amazing. It looks clean and organized and best of all it smells wonderful (sometimes you walk into a salon and are overwhelmed with the smell of chemicals). I’m going to be going back in the near future!
