My experience at this salon was beyond unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for a particular service, was quoted a price ( via text) When I got to my appointment I was informed that they do not take credit cards. (That should have been disclosed at the time I made my appointment.) Then a quarter the way through having the service done I realize the technique is not doing what I specifically had called for when placing my appointment. At that point the tech called the owner and put it on speaker phone so that I could hear the owner yelling and ranting basically calling me a liar. It got so bad that the tech hung up on her. Again the owner called back ranting some more. At that point I told the tech that I was just going to leave. The tech then told the owner you are disturbing my client and hung up on her again. The end result was I did NOT get the service I had originally called for because I was so disgusted with the whole situation. The saddest part was that the tech did a wonderful job, but because of the unprofessionalism of the owner I will never go back and could never recommend to my friends or family.
