Critical: ProfessionalismThey have very poor customer service. They don’t service you to please you, they service you to please themselves. I had started going here a while back maybe like a year ago when I moved back to the area. I prevently was going years ago. There are usually 2 ladies in there, sometimes a man. The younger lady is very very very very VERY rude, she is even rude to the older lady that works in there with her. She rolls her eyes for no reason and she is just nasty. She knows English, the older lady does not know it very well so you have no choice but to talk to the younger lady first to get helped. They always act like they are in such a hurry when I come and there is literally no one there everytime I go. I stopped going because I told her I don’t want my eyebrows thin. They are naturally more thick then thin and I just want a clean up but everytime I go she shapes them to her liking. I had to let my eyebrows grow untouched for almost 2 months so they could fill back in and get the done properly. I always get the gel polish done because I want my nails to be as natural as possible. I don’t like fake nails and I pay for the gel and the gels can be peeled off like in a day. Gel shouldn’t come off that easy. I might as well had paid for regular polish. I guess I got caught up continuously returning because they are really usually always empty and doesn’t require a lot of wait time.Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures, WaxingThey have very poor customer service.
