I won’t go back. They were rude and did a half a** job. I paid 114 + tip for a pedicure for my sister and I. I asked for something specifically to be done..nothing major just add a tip to my pinky toe because it’s so small (they’ve done it in the past). You would’ve thought I asked for blood. The paint peeled the very NEXT day that’s how cheap the polish is.

I used their service to go relax before the year came in and when I say it’s an understatement when I say so unprofessional and I’m surprised it’s has 3 stars. The two ladies doing myself and my wife feet laughed and talked the entire time while performing our service and not to mention spoke in their language the whole time so I can only imagine what they was saying. After paying for our service I asked to use the restroom and she stated that the restroom wasn’t in use today and her and another lady burst out laughing but a child was coming out the restroom at that time. If my money is good enough for your service then why isn’t your restroom. Very disrespectful. I wish I could’ve gave them zero stars.

This place is the reason I will continue to do my nails at home. DEPLORABLE customer service. I asked for a simple pointed almond acrylic manicure with tips. The technician made no attempt to soak my old tips off and instead opted to PRY them off, thereby ripping the top layers off each of my nails. My nail beds were so thin they hurt for 2 days after my “manicure” On top of that, the shaping, colors, and application were sloppy and when I pointed out issues he argued with me instead of fixing it. The best part though was when I tried to point out the incorrect shaping on my ring finger. Instead of fixing the issue the woman (who seemed to be in charge as the person who did my nails went outside to smoke right after “finishing” my nails) used her FINGER to push the polish down. Overall, one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon.

Great customer service and attention. Love the quickness of service with the attention to details. Lucky Star Nails definitely has my vote. Many colors to choose from, including gel. They also have many stations. Two even tucked away from the rest. I told them I would call that one the His and Hers section lol. Easy to talk to and everyone is nice.

Got SNS nails and it took the woman for ever to do them ,cause she wouldn’t stay of her cellphone. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. Not to mention the nails looked horrible when she finished. I would give them minus stars if I could. Don’t waste your time or money!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to go get my nails done an hour before they were supposed to close, but absolutely everyone seemed to be in a rush to go home. I showed them a picture for example and they basically told me they couldn’t do the design, but because of the language barrier it was hard to understand what they meant so eventually they got got someone else to come work on my nails. I showed them the pic and dude got to work, while everyone was leaving a solid 30 minutes before they said that they closed, another lady made me pay before I had even seen what type of quality I got. The nails looked absolutely nothing like my pic and was so sloppy that it for real didn’t even pass as a somewhat cool nail look. Went in and showed a picture of what I wanted and nails to be cut done, was told they could do it. They didn’t cut my nails down and nails don’t look anything like the picture, plus when I got home the Polish started peeling off. Will never go back to this place! Acrylic nails
