I’ve gone to this place a few times, and at first they did quality work. But the last two times I’ve gone, they did not execute the design I asked for even after showing them and explaining it to them MULTIPLE times… then my nail broke that same night… I went back JUST week later, showing them a different design and it came out so terrible & ugly… and ONLY THREE DAYS LATER, my nail breaks…I’m not hard on my nails nor have I done anything extra for them to just break instantly. I will not be coming back ever.

Listen, if you want your toenails broken or damaged come here. I only came here because my nail salon was ridiculously crowded. I will never step foot back in this place. That woman spent 50 minutes to take off nail polish and broke 3 toenails in the process. When I actually looked down and saw what was going on. I kindly dried my feet and walked the hell out of there.

Today was the first time I went here. Kevin did my pedicure and my nails. I got a gel pedicure and ombre pink & whites. Kevin was friendly and I’m very happy with what he did. Prices are good/fair. I also got my eyebrows done by one of the girls.

This place was horrible after a two hour wait nails were uneven painted horrible and the Spanish lady had a nasty attitude. They messed up my daughter’s to and it is her birthday. Never again.i wish I could upload pics here to show the horrible job. And they didn’t offer to fix or money back but they lost customers after they saw my ugly half painted job. Plus very unsanitary the brush to clean nails that everyone uses was disgusting

I got a full set here before leaving for vacation and I was very pleased with how my nails came out (Kevin is an artiste—his good work is the only reason this isn’t 1 star). HOWEVER I came in today after two weeks to get my tips taken off and I was sitting there for over an hour before anyone even addressed me. I did not expect to be greeted as all of the technicians were busy. I became frustrated when at the 45 minute mark, they started taking people who had come after me. When I told one tech that I had been waiting longer, he just looked at me and walked away. 20 minutes later, he called her to his chair. After waiting 65 minutes, I told the owner that all I wanted was to get my tips off. He then told me that the removal is $15. I asked him to repeat himself and he said $10. I pointed out that a price of $5 was posted and he said that was only if I would get a whole new set. At this point, I gave up and left. It was not the inconsistent pricing that got me, but the fact that I sat there for so long and no one bothered to acknowledge me.

First I was going to leave and not get my nails done, because this woman was man handling my hands. I simply tried to explain and she played like she didnt understand me. Then, David came and slayed. Everyone go get your nails done by him… I will be returning!

I booked my app two weeks in advance and came early so I can leave on time. The store didn’t open till 10:30 going on 11 and I been there since 9:30 which the time on the website says. My nail person text me saying he on his way so I came back for my appointment, when I came back it was a lot of people he was working on and I been waiting for an additional hour. I feel that it wasn’t right because I made this app in advance and waited so long, I started feeling sick so I left and it completely ruined the rest of my day. If I knew this was going to happen I would of did a walk in .. I never got an apology or nothing I felt disrespected, especially when I really like this place cause I came here before. The guy is awesome but today I feel like I got played that’s why I’m giving my review to tell you don’t waste booking an appointment.
