My 93 year old Mother goes there and will not go to any other salon. She is very picky on how her nails are done. Critical: ProfessionalismHad an appointment for 2 pedicures. We arrived on time for our appointment and they had just started with two walk-ins. We didn’t get our pedicures as we would’ve had to wait an hour. Very unprofessional, no apology was given. It was kinda dirty too. Will not return to this incompetent business.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. They are extremely nice and fairly priced. I always get compliments on my nails from here and the techs know a lot of cool techniques. As someone that has sat for close to an hour in other salons after being told it would only be a minute I appreciate that they let me know how long the wait will be

I have been trying several nail places since moving to this area. This place is great. Phoebe is wonderful. I have very thin nails and always get hurt when going to other nail salons in this area. Other places are in a hurry to get you in and out. Lucky Nails and Spa is clean and bright inside, they take their time with you and really listen to what you need…I need gentle and they provided it. Thank you so much. I will be coming here again.

If your looking for a good nail salon in Queen Creek this is your spot! Phoebe does an amazing job! I do my own nails so I know what it takes to do them right. She takes the extra time to polish and file your nails just right! Very fairly priced, clean relaxing establishment. Highly recommend it!

Before you read any further please note: appointments are useless at this establishment and your time will not be respected. I really wanted to like this place. Brought my daughters here on a previous occasion and they did a nice job. Called this morning around 11am to make an appointment for both of my daughters and myself for manicures, pedicures and a full set of acrylic nails. Also was going to have my daughter’s eyebrows and legs waxed. I explained to the gentleman on the phone that we were flexible and could do any time after 1pm. He said to come in at 330pm which seemed a bit late but it was fine. I would have thought they would want us to arrive earlier. When we arrived for our appointment, every seat was booked. Admittedly we arrived a bit early so I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. By the time our appointment time arrived they were only able to get one of my daughters in for her gel nails. By 4pm she was doing my other daughter’s gel nails and every chair for pedicures was still taken and I was still just sitting in the waiting area. I canceled my nails and the pedicures and waxing and the response was disturbingly ambivalent. They acted like they couldn’t care less. WHY make appointments if you can’t plan accordingly?! The industry is far too competitive to treat your customers this way and as a result you lost three for life.
