Positive: Cleanliness, QualityI love this nail salon. They are kind, attentive, and the cleanliness of the spa is very reassuring and comforting. I have been a customer for about a year now, and every time I am satisfied with my dip manicure. Here just a few pictures of their work on my nails. If you want art, definitely ask for Kelly!Service: Manicure

Will never go again was charged $70 for short acrylic nails and only got one coat of nail polish. Could get the same set at another place with better quality. Acrylic nails

I decided to go in for a full set of acrylics. I have been in many times before and never have been disappointed. Today might just have been an off day. There didn’t seem to be anything wrong with my nails to start off with but on further notice and taking in consideration the price I was left very dissatisfied and upset. I moved about 6 months ago for school and haven’t been in routinely recently, but I used to go in every month to get my nails done. I decided I wanted an almond shape with a natural pink color. Nothing fancy or too difficult. The main glaring problems I had were that a couple nails weren’t filed evenly, (making them bumpy) my thumb nails were a good amount shorter than my other nails and there was nail polish on my skin. Overall just kind of sloppy for 70 dollars. Compared to previous visits and other places I’ve been to for that price I could have gotten designs and had them be longer. I called back and was very patient and polite about the matter because this normally doesn’t happen. I was offered to have them fixed or removed and get a refund. I called and had to go in and wait then leave and come back and wait again, which I don’t have a problem with. I decided I just wanted the refund. Which also included waiting another hour. I completely understand that I have to remove my nails to get one because then I’d be walking away with a set for free. The man I talked to changed what was going to be able to happen and told me he couldn’t give me a refund. He said I could come In the next day and get a new set. By this point I didn’t really want to waste anymore of my time. He argued with me about it and was on the unprofessional side regarding I’ve been a loyal client and have never had a complaint in the past. I Decided just to leave it and not come back because I didn’t find it fitting to continue to argue about it. I asked if he could not charge the tip I put on. (It was only 4 dollars because I wasn’t happy with the work) He was snarky about it and told me he didn’t want it anyway. I would be fine paying the 70 if there wasn’t any easily noticeable and fixable mistakes. Overall not the worst nails it could have been, definitely not worth the price and the rude customer service if you have any slight issues. Probably just won’t be going back again.

Let me preface this by saying that I now live in California but this place is wonderful and I had such a phenomenal experience that I plan on returning as often as a I can since I visit Colorado frequently (my parents live out here).

The BEST gel manicure I have ever gotten. Not only that but the service was impeccable. I had two special requests and they happily obliged with them with no extra fuss. She created great conversation with me and truly made me feel relaxed. Can’t wait to go back!

Clean and nice nail spa. They took their time and did a good job (dip nails and pedicure). The only reason it was not 5 stars is that is was a bit more expensive. Dip powder, Manicure, Pedicure

I’ve been to this place 2 times purely because it’s convenient and on my way home from work. The first time I went, things were “okay”… not super thrilled but not upset either. Until I went to pay and it was $60 for dip with no tips added.

Another great experience at Lucky Nails & Spa! I stopped in for a pedicure this week and was very impressed with their COVID precautionary measures. Washing hands before treatment is required, masks of course are a must, pedi clients are seated with at least one chair in between their neighbor, and shields are installed between client and technician at every station. I felt safe and was able to relax and enjoy my down time at the spa. Thanks to Choung and his staff!

Lucky nails was very clean and beautiful salon. I tried it for the first time and was very impressed. I am very picky about my nails and my cuticles are always a mess. They did a fantastic job. My daughter got acrylics and the lady was very attentive to the length that she wanted, which at other salons we’ve not liked that part of it. I appreciated that she didn’t have to feel bad asking her to go a little shorter, plus they looked beautiful! You could tell they actually cared that the nails belonged to a human that uses them, and not just, NEXT customer, lol. Thanks lucky nails
