Absolutely love this place. Nail artists take their time and ensure the nail length, shape, color, design, and quality are exactly what you want. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Unlike some other salons around town, Lucky Nails and Spa makes you feel welcome and definitely takes care of you. Great customer service is their top priority!

I’ve been going to this place for a year now. Every experience hasn’t been perfect but they always try to make it perfect. It’s a very very busy salon. Sometimes I have to wait a little longer for my appointment sometimes I throw a fit because time is precious or I’ve had a bad day. They always make it better or welcome me back after I find out no one else is going to hold up to my standards. Kinda like family. I always feel better when I leave this place. I’m actually going in today for the works. Every one is always professional. Not one of those tacky salons where they are too pushy. My nails are always complimented when I am out. I had my first set of lashes done here a year ago and now I’m hooked.

I went in at 5:30 to get acrylic nails and they told me to pick a color so I figured it would be pretty quick but after I sat down I waited 30 minutes and someone else walked in and they started helping her first and there were 4 people just not doing anything it was a horrible experience!!!

Critical: QualityI have gone to Lucky Nails for over 10 years. I can’t believe how unhappy I have been the last two times. I never use to request anyone. I thought they were all good. Last time she couldn’t understand I wanted to change colors immediately. She didn’t understand, so I just said, ok, my mistake. This time I requested a technician and she finished in 45 minutes. Cuticles weren’t finished, heals were still terribly rough and toes, also rough. Nails not filed enough to not be scratchy. I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I want to continue going there. Left her a $10. tip. So not a pleasant trip either time. I now plan to even go back and request Kathy. I feel comfortable going back again only to her. The lady in charge is very kind.
