I want to rate higher since they were reasonably polite, but I also want to rate lower. I went here almost a week ago for my first pedicure ever and informed the professional that I’ve never been to one, after which she proceeded to rear back and absolutely dig in to my toenails, carving a huge trench on each side of the nail in each big toe. Was incredibly uncomfortable and even painful, and a small amount of blood came out.

FIRST AND LAST TIME GOING HERE! Only reason I went in the first place is because my friend recommended them. When we walked through the door we were rushed to pick a color. Once I picked a color the nail tech, Tony if I’m not mistaken, started prepping my nails for a full set. He was rough through the whole process, had an attitude and was rude the whole time. He didn’t ask what length I wanted my nails, he just got the nail cutter out and clipped them to the length that he wanted them to be apparently. Which was too short, and when I told him they were too short but it was ok he deep sighed and shook his head. On top of charging me $4 extra for the nail shape I wanted even though they weren’t the length I wanted. So they’re not the nails I wanted either way and the nails are decent at most, one of the worst sets I’ve ever had. And on top of that my nails were still not try when I left out after sitting under the dryer for at least 40 minuets. GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN GO HERE!

Horrible experience and I’ve given them multiple chances. My nail tech on 12/21 was very rude. He was extremely aggressive during manicure. Didn’t greet me initially or say thanks afterwards once I paid and tipped. Went to drying station after my manicure and he didn’t offer to pick up my shoes. He moved them over in front of me and motioned for me to pick up my own shoes (my nails were not dry.) Wont be returning.
