Went there today with my daughter (who is six) for a mommy daughter date. She got a manicure and pedicure. They treated her with royalty. She loved every second of it. I got a full set. I showed a picture to the nail technician of what I wanted and he fully met what was on the picture and even went above and beyond with it. The customer service was fantastic and felt like we were getting treated like family! We will definitely be returning!

Attention to detail and good pricing. The only thing that bothered me was the technician trying to do 2 Clients at a time. when I walked In there was nobody there, and as a first time customer I would think they would want to do everything to make me return. I was a walk in and so were they So I was a bit disturbed. His work was good and he does a great job however I don’t know of all go back. I gave them a good rating based on technical service

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in to have a fill, and pedicure. Pedicure was okay, beside the fact that 2 people were performing the service. It’s like each only know how to perform one service. My nails are horrible, when I showed the guy who did my nails he said no no you’re looking to close to detail.. all the side walls of my nails are not polished, and he said it will glob up if he paints the side and left them like that. After I stated I didn’t like it he insisted on keeping them like that and they were fine. What a waste of 70 bucks! Will not returnWent in to have a fill, and pedicure. Rip off……..I went in lucky nails for the first time to get a pedicure. I chose the pedicure with the 30 minute foot massage for $45.00. I did not get 30 minutes, I received 17 minutes. Then the man didn’t want to clean the lotion off my tonails, from the message, with polish remover before putting on the nail polish. I insisted, otherwise the polish would not stay on….so then I get a crappy paint job with nail polish all over my cuticles. Never again.
