It’s certainly not the worst place I’ve ever been to. It’s convenient and the nail techs are very friendly, and make good conversation. Lucy did her very best on these strawberry cow nails, so I’ll cherish them.

Went in for a full set on Saturday 04/30 not even 4 days later my nails were lifting at the corners. Went in to speak to the owner and it was one of the best customer service experiences. He looked at my nails apologized for the inconvenience and fixed my nails at no cost to me! He did an amazing job! The owner was so understanding and apologetic! There are not many places that will own up to a mistake but Lucky Nails outdid themselves. See pictures for the difference.

This was the WORST acrylic sets I’ve ever had in my life. The powder applied to my nails were bumpy, nail polish all over my cuticles, the coffin shape I asked for was completely off. Would I recommend people going to this nail salon. ABSOLUTELY not. I would give this nail salon 0 stars if I had the chance…ohhh and it smells so awful ! My family had to walk out because it smelled like chemicals.

This place is dirty and reeks of that nail chemical odor. The management is inflexible and uninformative. The powder manicure isn’t a manicure at all, $40 JUST for color, same for gel. If you want your cuticles cut, lotion etc., like a manicure should be that’s extra, but they failed to tell me this. The job the tech did was messy and thick. I was extremely unhappy. I requested a discount and they refused. I pressed and they refused further. Rude clientele bullied me for complaining about the poor service and work. Never again.

Went to lucky nails two weeks ago had a acrylic fill less then a week ago I noticed my ring fingered looked dark under the nail . I was a little concerned so I soaked the nail off myself only to reveal that there is a fungus on my nail. I’ve been having my nails professionally done for over 20 years this has never happened to me!!! I went to lucky nails today to see if at the least they would give me a refund . Chi whom I’m assuming is the boss told me she can’t give me a refund but offer me a fungal cream at no cost and a 5 minute manicure . The person who did my manicure Johnny I believe was his name kept telling me it wasn’t a fungus . He said my nail is just stained !!!! Even though the boss gave me fungus cream lol. I will not being going back that’s not how you treat customers .see picture attached

I’ve been going to this place for so long and it was always just okay. Today I finally just got fed us. They don’t appreciate customer’s time when they schedule an appointment. Made an appointment came on time sat for 30 minutes waiting just to see that the girl I had an appointment with goes to do someone else’s pedicure when I scheduled an appointment with her and waited so long. Time management needs to be much better. There are so many nail salons in the area and this one needs to fix a lot. I gave this salon so many chances but my time and patience ran out.

I came in for a standard manicure before a long weekend trip to Florida. It started out as a good experience, but it quickly turned south. The nail tech was very rough on my sensitive cuticles and I bled multiple times. I’ve never had that happen before. While I was still sitting at the dryer drying my nails, one of the nail techs (not mine) came over to ask me to pay because my nail tech was leaving for the night. Didn’t even ask me or check if my nails were dry. I paid and then left. I went on my trip and after two days of lying on the beach and applying sunscreen, my nail polish peeled off. The manicure lasted four days. I’ve done my own manicures for years with drugstore nail polish and never had it come off that quickly. She did multiple coats, and I’m not an expert, but it seems like poor quality polish to me. This place is less than five minutes from me, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Waste of money.
