I have heard many good things about this place and I decided to try a new place since they are local. When I walked in everyone was very nice and welcoming and I was seated right away which usually doesn’t happen. Started off with a great start and a great first impression. I showed my nail tech the picture I wanted and she said no worries and started. The first thing I noticed was there was no nail care under the acrylics. All that was done was a quick uneven grind and the fake nails were quickly put on. At my usual salon they do tons of cuticle care and file my real base nail. Next was applying the acrylic beads. They were applied all at different amounts and very unevenly. Each of my nails are a different thickness and were not filed evenly. And when she was filling my cuticles, I was cut multiple times to the point I was bleeding. Yes, I do understand sometimes nail techs accidentally nick your skin on accident but this happened on almost every nail on both hands and it was beyond painful. On top of that, there was no apology. There is also acrylic dried under my nail in chunks and it just looks very sloppy. She told me to wash my hands and when I was washing I was wincing in pain because of all the cuts and when I got back she noticed the bleeding and proceeded to do nothing about it and continue. (I have attached a photo for reference. This was taken once I got in my car directly after I was done.) Once she started applying polish I noticed it was glittery and had sparkles in it when she was applying when I asked for a plain base and showed her a picture. When she was applying lines she kept hitting my skin and I have white left on my cuticles. I was just upset with my experience because my nails are in so much pain and I have so many cuts with polish I did not ask for and a rushed design. Not a pleasant experience.

I was recommended by a good friend to Lucky because I was having the worst experiences trying to find a good nail tech. I am so happy I gave them a try! Very nice people, atmosphere was good and clean, and my nail tech Tim was absolutely amazing, very talented. I have never walked out of a nail place so happy! I would highly recommend Lucky to others!

This was my first time going to lucky nails, Van did my nails. I gave her a hard task and she did amazing! I had short almond nails and she got them to be square without getting too low, and the design that I gave her was tricky, but turned out amazing! I will definitely be returning to lucky nails! No matter who you get, you won’t be disappointed. Angela is great with ombre designs! Very patient and well run shop. They made excellent and accommodating adjustments due to COVID19. Worth every penny.

My girlfriend and I visited Lucky’s this afternoon and were extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the salon, professionalism of the staff, and quality of the service. We opted for powder dipped nails with custom designed and left so happy! The job was very thorough, every detail was attended to, and technicians were friendly and very professional. Went there for the first and last time yesterday. No one was friendly or welcoming. The tech I had hurt my toe three times , started to do dip nail when I specified twice I wanted gel , once on the phone when I made appointment and when I got there and the guy goes “so you want the dip nails removed and get gel nail ?” I said yes and he handed me the palette of gel nails to pick from which I handed to the tech . Then she put the clear coat on my toes after she did my nails and put me under the dryer for that for twenty minutes , if she had put it on when she did the pedicure they would of been dry by then . Then went to do another customer never said another word like thank you for coming in , never told me what I owed , I had to ask where to put toe separaters , where do I pay ? What do I owe ? All the other techs told their customer what they owed .
