I’ve been coming here for years and I believe the ownership has changed recently. Not too sure. They always do a good job with my nails but I’m not too fond of the management these last few times. Seems like they overbook clients so I saw a lot of people turned away at the door even though they had an appointment already. Also, some of ladies do seem to mock and joke around about the customers amongst themselves which is SO RUDE and inappropriate. No professionalism. Unfortunately, I think I will have to find a new salon to go to.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI really wanted to like this place but after the attitude I received today I really don’t want to come back.Last time I went before my wedding day to do my nails and she was rushing because she had to close the salon but she took 3 hours to do my nails. I got there at 5:30 she didn’t even do it right she Was rushing because she wanted to go home. Who does that? She was giving me an attitude and being very rude but I wanted to give them a second chance so I went today and same thing. The lady Left me for another customer without even telling me. I won’t lie the second time she asked me if she can go do their nails. The other lady that continued to do my nails was very nice but The first one was rude and when I asked her are you giving me an attitude she changed her tone and started being nice with me. I tipped her but she didn’t deserve it. Plus they charged me for Ombré but $10 less when i didn’t do ombré. The service was terrible and they kept messing up my nails. My friend, who got acrylics, said that the lady did not paint her sides and got made when she pointed out the mistakes. I went with a friend and it was terrible! The only reason I went here was because this used to be my regular place before COVID. The service was terrible and they kept messing up my nails. My friend, who got acrylics, said that the lady did not paint her sides and got made when she pointed out the mistakes. I would never recommend and definitely not go again!

I’ve had a hard time finding a good nail salon that offered good callous removal. I really liked this place the first time I went so I went back a second time today. Let’s just say I had the worst experience. I was cringing in pain because the person working on my feet made my toes bleed profusely. My cuticles actually look bruised. I’m not sure how she managed to be that rough
