They tried to bully my mom into getting gel polish. They told us they had time for us when the salon was obviously busy. They soaked out feet for 45 minutes before anyone touched us. They told my mom that she couldn’t get the design she wanted because “the style she wanted could only be done in gel” (which is a lie). They are rude and make back handed comments when they can’t suck all the money out of you. She told me my nails looked like a boy because she was trying to get me to get acrylic nails. I’m a nurse and can’t have as much as polish on my hands. She tried to bully me into getting the nails even after being told 3 times I did not want them. The service was terrible. The lady in the front snatched my moms money from her when she saw my mom had only given a $2 tip and they didn’t deserve that. The pedicures were subpar. She left a lot of cuticle on my big toes which left the nail polish lumpy. Just not a good place at all.

We went for two pedicures. I asked the lady to give me the softener for the bottom of my feet. When it was time to pay she tried charging me for a salt rub which I didn’t get and my feet were rougher than when I arrived. One of the worse services ever. There’re other things that went wrong but I won’t waste my time. We will never go back there. Vanessa the owner is clueless and not helpful at all.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was looking for a good salon and happened to stop by Lucky nails.They charged me $51 for a pedicure and did not give me a hot wax treatment. I saw them providing this service to the 2 male customers who were getting pedicure there. When the staff starting to apply the nail polish, I reminded her of the hot wax. She said, later, later…. After applying the final coat of nail polish, she said, “you’re done”. I asked about the hot wax, the lady said that I must ask to get it which I did. Perhaps she did not remember her “later, later” comment.I was very surprised. I paid for the premium service ($51 for a simple pedicure) and the customer has to remind them of the hot wax! It should be the other way around. They should tell the customer what is included in the premium service. Simple nail polish and some foot massage for that price. Ridiculous!I was very disappointed. I will never go this place again. They have poor quality service and results.Their gel polish is only last for 3 days and it’s already chipping. My first visit I did gel polish but the polish didn’t last.
