This is Michelle from Lucky Nails. Today, Sue informed me that the store had been sold to a new owner, and that I needed to clean out my belongings right away. While I knew that she was in the process of selling the store, I did not expect to be told to leave so suddenly. Because Sue did not tell me in advance, I did not have time to let any of my clients know in advance.

Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Horrible service, especially for a pedicure. The lady I had was inconsistent with her work—scrubbing, to moisturizing, etc, even cut my toe cuticle very deeply and made it bleed. She chose to ignore the bleeding and proceeded to paint over the blood with the nail polish. This is where I had to stop her and tell her I was in pain from the stinging and bleeding cut. And that’s where she removed the polish and proceeded to apply alcohol to my cut. It was very unsanitary. There was another tech, Margarita, who did an amazing job for my mom. She was consistent with her service, of cleaning and cutting the toes, so massaging and moisturizing as a real pedicure would be. If you desperately needed a pedicure—she’s probably the only person I’d suggest to go to at Lucky Nails.Service: PedicureIf I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Horrible service, especially for a pedicure. The lady I had was inconsistent with her work—scrubbing, to moisturizing, etc, even cut my toe cuticle very deeply and made it bleed. Terrible service. The lady who did my nails was constantly rolling her eyes at me and was getting rude and impatient while I was asking questions about the different services they offer. Customers have the right to ask questions about something they’re paying for. Furthermore, she buffed my nails very harshly and hastily, it almost made my cuticles bleed. I had to tell her to be more gentle. Bad experience overall. Staff need customer service training.

Great! They really took there time and did a great job. Possibly the best manicure I ever had. They removed all dead skin even under my nails.

I asked for a coffin shape but i didn’t complain, the lady did my nails sooooo thin they started breaking in 10 days. Had a horrible experience here. Had two different ladies one who did my tips and one who did my pedicure. The one who did my tips didn’t listen to how I wanted my tips and was rude. At the end sincemy experience was bad I didn’t leave a tip and she had the audacity to go up to me and ask for tip… and the lady who did my pedicure literally took 10 mins … she didn’t clean the sides and was about to do 3 coats on one nail and leave the rest with out I had to tell her if she did 3 coats in one then please do it to the others. If you want a good pedicure don’t go there I could have done it myself at home.

I’m filing a complaint to get them shut down because they charged me $50 for a refill with MMA. The nail tech had an attitude, was rough with me, and my nails came out bumpy and streaky, typical when you use MMA.
