I started coming here a few months ago. I had not had my nails done since covid started and I tried a couple of salons before coming here. I was really unhappy with the prior places and just started looking at random to find somewhere new. I’m so glad I found Lucky Nails. I see Ben regularly now and he’s awesome, so polite and I always get an amazing dip manicure! 5 stars.

Awful customer service. My granddaughter and I had a pamper day and her tips w/acrylic were off in a week. When I called to complain I was told to make another appointment and they would do a new full set no charge. Well she went in and they changed her! I called and was told they never would say no charge. Come to find out it was a different girl at the desk and not the one I spoke to. I asked for the owner to call me. It’s been 24 hrs and no call and I also sent an email with no response. She goes there all the time. We will take our business elsewhere. To think I tipped 30% for this! No email response or call tells me their customers are not important to them. Never again

Incredible service! This was my first time at Lucky Nails and they did not disappoint! When I arrived, I was greeted by Maria who not only helped me choose a gorgeous color for my toes but got me seated and relaxed in no time. I saw Abby for my pedicure who did an amazing job on my toes! She also gave me a full foot and leg massage complete with warm towels and hot stones. I will definitely be going back!

Interesting that in response to recent poor reviews, the owner’s wife posted a 5 star review with no explanation. Note that she previously gave a 5 star rating to the jewelry business her husband Zack also owns. I do not deny that Lucky Nails has great potential and great nail techs; I only wish the owners would acknowledge their workers through genuine respect rather than social media mentions. The peace and tranquility that typically characterize a nail spa cannot exist when workers are so miserable.

I just moved here from Boston in January and this has definitely been my go to nail salon! The technicians do a great job and are very pleasant to work with. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueOut of all the places I have gone in the past 20 years… Lucky nails is by far one of the best places I’ve been to! I have been in for pedicures manicures acrylics in this last time I got the powder dip and I was very fortunate to have Ben doing my nails, they came out absolutely amazing! He took his time made sure everything was done perfectly and they came out so beautiful it was actually the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and it’s been four weeks now and I need to get in to have a fill done but I have had no breakage no nothing…They have lasted this long! Out of all the places I have gone in the past 20 years… Lucky nails is by far one of the best places I’ve been to! I have been in for pedicures manicures acrylics in this last time I got the powder dip and I was very fortunate to have Ben doing my nails, they came out absolutely amazing!
