I love Lucky Nails. I’ve been seeing Joyce for over a year and am always happy with my gel manicure. Joyce always has an idea for a design that is perfect for every season and I get many compliments. She also does a great spa pedicure. Highly recommend.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI got a horrible nail infection from this salon. The owner did not want to give me a refund or do anything about it. It’s not even about the money, I am diabetic and told them to be extra careful. If you want a nail infection this is the place to go. Also they won’t care or do anything about it . My nail has been like this for 4 months. Do not recommend, if I can give 0 stars I would . The owner Ken was also calling me crazy to other customers there when I expressed how upset i was about them not doing anything. He talks about you if you have any issue with your nails. This nail salon is very clean and well kept. The staff are very inviting and acknowledge customers soon as they arrive to the salon. Balley is my favorite nail tech. She is very sweet, professional, and she make sure that the customer like their nails before leaving her chair. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years and they have there ups and downs but mostly downs. There work is good and affordable but the service is awful. When I make an appointment as a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect even spoken to a simple Hello, but the owner (Ken) today was yelling at me in front of other customers and workers like I was garbage and would not stop until he felt he made a point, I tell you would not stop! His employee was late and I had been waiting for over 30 minutes, I did not complain as I never do but got lashed out on by him because I had a simple question. He made me feel like getting up and leaving but couldn’t because the tech already started his work. I have given them so many chances I will be finding my new nail home. As well the 6 others I recommended to this salon who have also mentioned his rude tone. Thanks but no thanks. They do not care about there customers and the place is not the cleanest anyway.

These people are so rude. It’s like they hate their Job. The one guy who sits by the door is always so miserable. He’s just rude. The first time that I went I thought he was just having a bad day but nope!!! Every single time. I mean they do good nails but JESUS the customer service SUCKS!! Feels like misery every time I walk in there. The moment I find a better nail tech in this area I’ll never go back!!

Wow. Just wow is how to explain how I feel right now. I got a pedicure and she did what i would describe as a horrible job. I asked for a gel pedicure and I truly believe she only gave me a regular nail polish pedicure. She got paint on my skin around my toes and some sort of clear polish on it as well. The massage and scrub was fine but the actually pedicure on my nail was not. As well as after finishing, I put back my socks and sneakers like normal thinking this was gel, yet when i took them off to see it again the polish was smothered and not smooth at all as it should be. Seriously, I DONT RECOMMEND coming here for a pedicure! Definitely NOT worth the money or time!!!

I love Lucky Nails. Ken the owner was originally at another salon that I went to for 20 years. His work and customer service is amazing. I followed him to his own shop Lucky Nails and never looked back. The staff is friendly and attentive.
