Idk about all of the other techs but Tony is amazing 3 weeks into my full set and still none have fallen off or chipped or lifted! I came Sat! Do not come here very rude people!!!! Bad customer service. Never experienced anything like this !!!! . Came in for a full set some guy that sits on the last desk area #5. Half way threw doing my nails this man was literally pulling my fingers and arms towards him so hard that my hand and arms cracked.Idk what his problem was he would literally stop to pull my fingers and arms then keept going then stoped then keept going everytime he stop the pulling on my arms and fingers got worse and harder. Also my wrist. I honestly didn’t know what to say? I was super annoyed at the fact that someone who’s a nail tech can treat a client so POORLY I just wanted to RUN OUT , IT SEEMED LIKE IT WAS NEVER GOING TO END !! just wanted to share my experience NEVER EVER COMING BACK HERE , and BTW THERE HELLA DIRTY. Wow made an appointment for 10 am. First of all they arrived late they didnt open till 10:20 am. When i go in i was expecting someone to do my nails and he said he couldnt i dont understand the reason being when i had an appointment and second there was no one there i was the only one. And he was rude about it. Never again…
