Worst experience every was criticized for my feet and hand and when I mean criticizes I mean her tell him the were horrible and I need to take care of them more and that they were nasty. Well I have 2 kids under 3 so I don’t get much time to do so. Then the next day I brake a nail not even doing anything just snaps in half. My nails and toes look horrible and she also forced me to do two different color and charged more for that I didn’t even want to told her many time but she wouldn’t listen. I will never go back!!!!

I have been going to this salon for 5 or 7 yrs. I have tried others but I keep returning to Lucky because of how clean their shop is. Their cleanliness and hygienic practices are not an air, it is how they operate. Always provide good service and not as pricey as the others which serve alcoholic drinks and have expensive chandeliers. I didn’t give 5 stars because some of their nail polish bottles seem old. I suppose the reason they aren’t tossed out yet could be related to merchandise shortages.

The people here are very kind, but I’m not happy at all with they way they do dip manicures. She left some of the previous nail polish on even though it was just regular polish. Never pushed back my cuticles, which led to the dip lifting after a few days, and caked on the powder with a paint brush which makes them thick. She also filed my nails down way too much, which was painful and I now have a lot of hang nails. I don’t recommend this place for dip manicure.

The price is reasonable. Lots of nail color choices. My shellac nail polish didn’t even last me two weeks though, and in the three visits I’ve had there, they never do quite what I ask. They treat me as if I don’t know what I’m asking for, when I’ve been to other places and gotten exactly what I’ve wanted/asked for. They’re quick and close to my house and the price is right.

I usually evaluate the places where I go with five starts but this place doesn’t deserve it! The male owner is very rude and disrespectful. I have been using powder nails for four months and today I just wanted something different because I noticed after they cleaned the powder that my nails were very thick! I wasn’t sure about which product did I have to use and the owner just started yelling at me saying that I wanted to pay less!! Because I wanted just a break??? can’t believe someone with a business can treat their own customers in this way! First he should learn how to treat his customers!! Never going to come back there!

I live in VA and my mother in law in Texas, we come to visit for Christmas and I wanted some girls time so we went to get our pedicures done. This place “Lucky Nails” was AMAZING, the staff was friendly, excelente price and the guys doing the pedicures did a great job (including massages). If you are looking for a place to get your nails done, this is the right one! ❤️

If i could give a negative star I would. The male owner is so rude and disrespectful. When I told him I just wanted a regular manicure, he proceeded to argue with me about how if I spent a little more money I would get a better manicure using shellac. I explained to him that I was giving my nails a “break” and didn’t want shellac this time. He continued to argue with me and finally said fine.. He grabbed my hand very roughly.. that’s when I told him to go to hell..that I would take my business elsewhere and left. RUDE!!!!!!

The male owner was very rude. When I first arrived he told me to come back later because they were too busy. I told him I would wait. So I did I watched other ladies come in and get their nails done first simply bease they were regulars. Finally when it was my turn to get a fill, he didn’t even take all my nail polish off before putting aqurilic on my nails. Then when I came back from washing my hands he sent someone else to paint them. They were alot nicer than him. But I was very disappointed with my nails. The aqurilic and nail polish didn’t even cover my nails completely. There w as a huge gap and it looked like I needed a fill still. I had a pedicure by a very nice lady that did a great job. My french tip was cruckit on one of my big toes. But besides that it was great she massaged me very well and long. She was friendly. I won’t be going back here because the owner was a ass.

Lilly is wonderful. Enjoyed it so much drug my husband with me. The folks are nice and it has been the most thorough pedicure I’ve had in a long time. Will be back and will tell my friends.
