My fiance went here today, and one of the older ladies made her nail bleed. My fiance told her to stop messing with the nail multiple times, but the lady kept giggling and wouldn’t stop. She also told the lady she wanted gel nails, but the lady kept insisting on acrylic. My fiance was in tears when I picked her up. Pedicure

I went to Lucky Nails yesterday. I kept telling the guy how I like my nails. He made 4 of my nails bleed. And they looked awful. I had to go some where else and have them removed and fixed the next day. I will NEVER go back there.

This was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had, I went in hoping to get a fresh set of nails since my last set broke and we’re hurting me. I was close by and decided to try a new shop. I explained that my ring finger nails were very thin and you had to file the previous set off, but she insisted on trying to pry them off and kept laughing at me when I jerked. She wouldn’t stop even after part of my real nail ripped and started bleeding, I had to yank my hand back and storm out. I will never be going back there.

Was in Bridgeport 02/22/21 from Dallas on business and desperately needed a pedi. They were open, and no appointment necessary this day. The young woman who did the pedi, was very professional and wanted to make sure I was ok, with everything she was doing from the water temperature to nail trim, everything. I was very pleased with service, price, cleanliness, recorded music and location. Not sure when I will be in Bridgeport again and need a pedi but if I do ‘Lucky Nails” will be my stop!

These people need lots of help in prioritizing who comes in. I went in today with my 2 granddaughters to get our nails done. I understand people have appointments, as the mother and her two girls came in after us they were taken before us. My granddaughters were able to get their nails done but I set there for over an hour waiting while other people came in long after I did and they starting working on there nails before me. Not everyone who came in after me had appts. I will not be going back.

Had appointment at 11 am. Got there on time. After waiting for about 15 minutes they finally put my feet in a tub of cold water. Sat there for 35 minutes till my feet were pruned and still no pedicure. Not worth the wait. Too many other options in town to choose from, to waste your time here.
