Customer service is horrible. The only person that’s good is the owner Kelly and she’s rude. The Asian guy did my pedicure the polish was all over my cuticle. Kelly came over, tried to work on top of his work by putting an extra layer of polish on top of the two layers he had already put and wanted me to be ok with paying for that foolishness. When I told her she’s going to have to take that thick polish off that one toe and start over she became livid. She began to remove the polished off all the toes, speaking in her Korean language, being rough with my feet. She removed the polish off all the toes and started over. She was so rude and nasty the whole time. When she went to put my flip flop on she accidentally rubbed the polish off my left toe then got so mad again and ended up rubbing the polish off my right big toe as well by accident. She had to do both of them again for the third time. I just looked at her and shook my head thinking look at where being nasty and rude get you, polishing my toes again for a third time. I won’t ever go back. Kelly get good employees to work in your business that know what they’re doing and when they mess up fix the problem with a kind and pleasant attitude.

My nails were perfect, but the nail tech who was working on my nails was a bit rude at times. I always tip my nail techs if they do a good job, but part of being good at what you do, involves customer satisfaction on all levels.

So I go into this place on Saturday today is Wednesday…. I got just a basic manicure and shellac on my nails. I kept telling the lady its sticky it’s not drying under the light. Her response was oh the top coat will dry it completely. So ok let’s see. I ask her to keep my hand under the light 3 extra sessions I think that are 60 seconds or so a piece. Mind you one session and they are supposed to be hard as nails. So I dig in my purse all the shellac messes up, I go in to show her and she says come back Monday and I say fine. Well I didnt have the time Monday or Tuesday so here it is Wednesday they arent busy and I go in with the same friend who brought me here in the 1st damn place. I am soaking my polish off or what’s left of it after I took a shower Saturday and most of the shellac came off on my socks as I was putting them on. And I say I just want black instead of red. This witch had the nerve to tell me I had to pay for a color change after all the shellac damn near wiped off and I had to find another hour in my day I dont have as it is to come back here when i shouldn’t have to do that not to mention my tab was 30 dollars I tipped the witch 12 dollars and paid my friends tab and I owe them when they jacked up my nails from the jump. No hang nails before manicure now I have them all over. Man save your time and money…not worth a quarter if you ask me

I went in to get a refill on my nails and while the guy was fast at getting my nails done, the quality was bad. Also he burnt my finger with the filing tool, and my nail ends were not even filed evenly. I am not impressed with this place at all and won’t be back. Don’t waste your money.
