They were terrible. Cut my fingers several times and just laughed when I screamed ouch several times. Some older guy did my pedicure for me and my husband and it was Terrible, they scrub scrub our feet or anything, barley touched them at all and they charge more for mens pedicure and they do nothing for the men! Just soak their feet and put a warm towel on. Such a waste of money and horrible customer service, they hung up on me when I tried to schedule an appointment!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWell for one the guy was rude and hard to communicate with because he didnt speak any English and for this type of business you should be able to communicate with your customers and for 2 he was ruff and hurt my fingers with the nail machine when I was so calm about eveything he still didnt listen the 3 times of what I would of liked done plus a few pictures that were simple and short but what the finished look was NADA like I politely 3 times asked but they are like as if a kindergarten didnt them and I try and talk and they didnt care….it was pay and then like get out bye all I wanted was offer to fix them or discount on not being right so WONT BE GOING BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM UNTIL THEY make it up to me!!! Please do not waste your money going here !! If I could give 0 stars I would . These people don’t even greet you when you walk through the door . I paid 40 dollars for gel nails only for them to start chipping the very next day . So I go back and the mom fixed my nails only for them to start chipping again after a few hours . So I go back once again to get them fixed and the mom had the nerves to say if they mess up again she won’t fix them . They are. Rude and the job they do is horrible . Don’t waste your time or money

This shop has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! First off they get upset when you choose regular polish instead of gel! When getting my nails done WENDY cut my finger didn’t say sorry or anything she kept working as if she didn’t cut me! I had to get up and walk up just not to smack her!!! Then had the nerve to get smart with me! They don’t care and they are not customer friendly!! Please don’t waste your time!!
