I used to love coming here because a certain lady would do my eyebrows, but when I went in today she told me 30 minutes and so I said okay I’ll be back. I came back and she took off too much hair from both of my eyebrows and left sparse areas in them, so I’ll find somebody new now after all these years!

I just left after sitting for 45 mins. I get it, I came in an hour before closing. But when I told the nail tech what I wanted, he didn’t say how long the wait will be .I found the seats and patiently waited. There were 2 nail techs and 3 girls. I heard drilling the whole time. A woman comes in for the 2 girls to pick up and the nail tech says it’s gonna be 15 mins for each girl. Okay, so I wait for an hour and a half and your technically closed now? What a joke! I won’t be back.

I used to come here all the time, they do an ok job but sometimes do what they want and not what u asked. I stopped coming when they used the wrong color, I had one picked out and she used something else, I tried to get her to fix it and she wanted to charge me $15 for her mistake!! I walked out and have been going to top nails ever since.

Horrible customer service and thinks he is above anyone that even questions his work! You literally can’t even say oh you missed that or that’s raised up on one side. He freaks out and immediately refuses to finish your nails. Very very unprofessional.
