This is the only nail place I’m aware of in Batesville , Indiana. T he same 2 people always working in there. No they don’t have time to answer t he phone bc its literally just the 2 of them but they get the job done & both do a fabulous job. No small talk but they have a tv to watch. Actually I wouldn’t call it a manicure I am still wondering what I had done. A 15 minute gel manicure for $40 that didn’t include a full manicure. He trimmed my nails but they are uneven, Filed each for under a second, didn’t push my cuticles back so I now have extra skin stuck to my nail which makes the one coat of gel polish he used have bumps. He used a drop of lotion and only rubbed it in below my knuckles.. I’ve given this salon a few tries & quite frankly, the customer service is very poor. Don’t expect a greeting when you arrive. The staff speak to one another in Vietnamese although they are fluent in English. So. Rude. The female employee has a music device on her which plays very strange sounding, Asian music that repeats over & over. It’s incredibly annoying. You will be whisked in and whisked out & then glad when it’s finally over! Not Recommended.
