I went to get a pedicure with acrylic big toes. They glued the tip on my nail but from my point of view I couldn’t tell that he didn’t glue the fake nail down all the way or that he got gel polish all on my skin and cuticle. Now that I think about it the nail tip was too small for my toe nail (having to push the nail tip in place when nail tips should fit naturally to the nail to ensure the fake nail doesn’t causing lifting on the real nail) but he continued the service anyway. Because of the gel polish cured on my skin it peeled right up! I’ve had this service done at other places and know what it should look like!

I’ve been coming here from time to time over the past 7 yrs. Every time you tell these workers you want your nails done well, they have ATTITUDES as if you’re working for them. If “WE” as customers can’t even voice our opinion or correct these Asian Nail specialists then what’s the sense of SUPPORTING THEIR BUSINESSES???!! Just finish getting my toes done and this is the TERRIBLE work they did on my feet. ♀️ The owner David got so mad bcz he couldn’t get to rob me wanted an extra $5 just for the gel top coat. He wasn’t getting that extra especially when they’ve never charged that before in the past. I paid $55.00 for my toes and full set nails. Then on top of it all he HAD THE AUDACITY to tell me don’t come back look for somewhere else. LMAOOOO GLADLY SIR!!! There’s plenty of PROFESSIONAL NAIL SALONS AROUND SOUTH FLORIDA you are far from the best in town. I will be filing a dispute to get my money back for POOR UNSATISFIED SERVICE. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE. If you’re African American go and support #BLACKNAILNBUSINESSES this is what happens when the Asian man thinks we don’t have options. They try and treat us anyhow, they don’t appreciate our business so you might as well take it somewhere else.

Nail tech didn’t understand what I was saying and got mad. Messed up my feet and walked off…the other techs laughed. David the owner fixed it but never address the poor attitude and disrespect I was shown .

I usually only let David do my nails because they last longer and he’s going to make sure that it’s done right. Today I let the young lady that sits behind him do them I think her name is Fifi anyway she did almost as good as David. I never have any complaints when I come here.

Nails lifted after a week & a half. I asked for gel being I’ve never had it before and instead they gave me acrylic with gel clear coat and then put regular polish over top of that. Paid $35 for this mess and it was NOT worth it. They also did my lashes and I had to take them off the next day due to a tugging feel and burning I’ve had my lashes done before and never experienced that before. Will never go back.

Ridiculously a disgrace!! Don’t spend your money here. I asked for a overlay the man insist I get a full set, like why I can’t get what I request ?? He got upset and left me hanging until I had to asked for another nail tech. He then said we all busy when I clearly see other nail techs on their phones. I just left and went someone else . I’ll never go back here.

I told him I will try to be there later or the day after (yesterday which was Thursday) but I let him know that I work and go to school at nights. Today I went, he wanted to argue with me about my timing. Sir, I did not expect my nails to look so bad after paying $40 less than a week ago. After he was acting like he was ready to argue, he told me to sit for the same man to fix it in a rude way, I left. One thing about me, I spend on myself and I’m not looking no one to do nothing for me free, so I will never tolerate no one talking to me in no disrespectful manner. I pay for whatever I want.
