I desperately wanted to find a good nail salon in the Fairburn/Union City area. I typically drive to Douglasville just to get my nails done because the local shops are terrible and this one is no exception. The shop is definitely on the older side but it’s clean. I got an SNS manicure and gel pedicure. Everyone in the shop was friendly. I initially was really impressed with my nails. They looked great but not even 3-4 days later they began to crack and chip. I’ve never experienced cracking and chipping nails with dip powder. My pedicure was mediocre. There was polish all over my nail bed but it still looked okay. I didn’t even bother complaining as I was on a time crunch to pick up my daughter from daycare. I just won’t be returning. I spent over $100 only to have to go to a different salon a week later to fix my nails and toes.

I have thick toenails on both big toes. I Dremeled them down and went to this business for acrylic to help my big toes look better. The tech talked to the tech next to her that was doing someone else in a language I couldn’t understand. She turned my big toe towards that tech and said something and the tech laughed. I came to you for help and you laughed at me and wouldn’t say it in a language that I could understand so I could respond. I gave her a $2 tip because she did do a service. I went to a salon in Tyrone & they didn’t do what she did & fixed what she did do. I will tell everyone I know not to go to Lucky nails in Fairburn Georgia

Omg! Jimmy at lucky Nails In Fairburn did such an amazing job with my nails! He was so patient and so helpful with what nail colors he thought suited me best and this is what he came up with today !!!! I absolutely love my nails! Thank you so much Jimmy !!!! Ladies please go to him. He won’t disappoint! & Is you want your feet done by a sweetheart please go to Lisa. Her massage was everything and her customer service is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Nancy is an amazing nail technician she always takes care of me and make sure my nails look beautiful. Today I tried something new that she suggested which was ombré and it came out amazing I will definitely do this technique again and I will continue to come to lucky nails and do my nails by Nancy. When you go there ask for Nancy she is great trust me!!!

Initially, I had given this shop 5 stars 7 months ago. I have been faithfully coming to this shop, and bc of my recommendation, my mother and daughters had started giving this shop their business also. My last visit, and my visit today, produced a different opinion of this nail shop. I think it’s REALLY RUDE to have a popular business, whose clientele mainly speak English, and the employees speak another language, especially when there is a discrepancy, or questions about the prices or the work done. If you are going to talk about your PAYING CUSTOMERS, at least have the courage to say what you need to say in English, bc it OBVIOUS that what you’re saying is negative, even though it’s in another language. For this reason, me and my family have decided to give another shop our business from now on. There is a shop in Union City in the old Walmart Plaza, and all the employees actually speak English. Maybe we will try them out.

I, went to Lucky nails on the 6th for a fill in and gel polish, by Wednesday, the polish was chipping, and the acrylic came off, I went back and the guy is so rude, I will never go back, the polish they use is very inexpensive, and the guys are rude, arrogant and don’t care about the customers.
