I try to give everyone a fair chance and I usually try not to leave bad reviews. I was referred to this place for lashes and what I had seen was not bad at all. I went online initially to get details and pricing. I also stopped by the shop 1 week prior to make sure pricing was correct and get more detail of the service. When I finally went for my appointment, I was allowed to come early which was awesome considering, I was there for 3 hours. Maybe I wasn’t clear about what I wanted/expected but the lashes were too long for my liking. They looked cheap, like plastic, and overall not professional enough for my liking and for the price. The technician cut them down a little and I paid, tipped, and left. Upon getting home and looking at them more, I wasn’t happy at all. I asked for advice about it and decided to email the place rather than call. I went out of town, returned, and still didn’t hear from them so I called to find out if there could be some resolution. The owner stated that the website is from prior owners and she doesn’t know how to work social media. She also said that she has no access to email so she never seen mine. She even went further to explain to me the pricing is indeed wrong and they charge STARTING at 145, but when I went in the weeks prior, I was told 130. She only offered to replace my set (I washed them off completely bc they were falling out really bad) with clusters. The technician who did my lashes was really nice, took her time and was responsive to my needs but overall, Management, the quality of the lashes, and the way they handled everything was unprofessional.

Most pedicures in Reidsville,NC are between $20-$25 and signs are posted of pricing. However Lucky Nails are $45 with no prices posted. The workmanship is no better than anywhere else. Pedicure
