Lucky Nails

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going here for a few years now and they have lost me as a customer. I usually saw Tracy and she was excellent. She was the only reason I went to this salon. About 2 months ago, I went in and asked for her and the guy at the front said she was on vacation. I went back several more times before finally being told she no longer works there. The man at the front is incredibly rude. He has a nasty attitude about everything. It’s like he’s doing US a favor by allowing us in there. Sorry loser, but when I shell out for 3 different services and leave a $20 tip, I expect to be treated like a valued client. He’s going to be the end of that place. Oh and I HATE not being able to tip on the card! Stop being such a cheapskate and let people tip their manicurist! The woman who did my nails was nice enough, but she cut at least 3 of my cuticles and ground off skin from my toes. I have been going here for a few years now and they have lost me as a customer. I usually saw Tracy and she was excellent. She was the only reason I went to this salon. About 2 months ago, I went in and asked for her and the guy at the front said she was on vacation. I went back several more times before finally being told she no longer works there. Critical: QualityI got a manicure there about a week ago and the people were friendly but currently my nails are literally popping off my finger and I am only a office manager who has never had this issue before !! It was my first time going there and I had to buy nail glue just to keep 3 of my nails on!! I got a manicure there about a week ago and the people were friendly but currently my nails are literally popping off my finger and I am only a office manager who has never had this issue before !! It was my first time going there and I had to buy nail glue just to keep 3 of my nails on!! Highly upset I paid 50 something dollars and left a 10$ tip for my nails to fall off after not even a week!!

Here visiting for my Aunts 80th birthday. Her sister wanted to treat her to a manicure as well as one for herself and a pedicure for me. She paid $72 and did not even get her cuticles done or any type of massage. I get services at home every two weeks, so I know what is normally done. This was not only poorly done, they were not friendly at all!
