I’ve been coming here for years without any issues. Cindy always greets you when you come in the door and I love how LaLa does my nails! I would definitely recommend making an appointment, but walk ins are what most people tend to do.

Critical: QualityAsk for a mani/pedi with chill. I was told on the phone it would be 35 for a basic and like 10 extra for gel polish I was like okay sounds great. Nails seemed to be okay. I get my toes does and my toe nails were cut way too short and I had a perfect shape going. The gel polish they put on me peeled off like a $5 childrens nail polish and that started to happen only two days after I got them done. Literally! To end this all, remember that price I said above? There is a woman who has amazing skills ! My nails came out how I visioned them ! And when I needed something corrected she jumped on it and fixed it no problem ! This nail salon has become my place to go to for sure !

Love Lucky nails! A friend recommended me there and now this is my spot. Everyone is very friendly and super meticulate. I always get acryllic and gel and there are so many color options. They are up-to-date with things, I usually show them something from pintrest and am able to receive just about exactly whats om the picture! Pricing is decent, I tend to get more expensive designs but otherwise well priced. Will continue to go here for my nails!

Great service. Really good work. I loved the old owners but the new ones are much faster and as good. Try to get an appointment. Its difficult not because there isn’t time but because they cant seem to get it right. The place and location are great but you know where you are going.

Always Always have my nails done @ Lucky! Not only do theg do great nails but eyebrows, lashes and of course a pedi. Staffs talented and fun to talk to.

If there was a way to give no star rating I would, they don’t even deserve the star. This salon was understaffed and rude. I had several people work on my nails because they would walk away and do other things. When my friend and I went it was about an hour wait, an employee would stop the service to text or video chat on their phone, another was on the phone while working and kept walking away or in the back. At one point, two of them started arguing right in front of my friend and I, along with the other customers in the salon.
