I went there for the first time a few days ago. Terrible experience the tech was on a FaceTime call while doing my nails talking loud not focused on my nails. Kept cutting my cuticles and the nails came out terrible. I will never go there again.Waste of money!! Acrylic nails

No signal And Clipped the sides of my nail too close and I thought that gives an infected toe nail they just sprayed their tools with rubbing alcohol imagine how much toe fungus from other people are int there I came in and it smelt like a porter potty so serious they didn’t have the color that I was looking for I was looking for a glittery blue this is my honest review of this place the workers were every friendly tho and had at least one person that spoke English small business appointment only very ruff on my feet seemed like they were in a rush to do my eyebrows and nails me and my mom came in to get a mani pedi and eyebrow we paid with square pay just not a fan mine came out too 82.64 wasn’t bad for all of that but I feel like I paid for what I got not that cleanest job sorry for the bad grammar typed this quickly.

Everyone is picky when it comes to their nails, well at least I know I am. I am very satisfied with the great service they provided. Friendly, affordable and most importantly they do not rush to get you off the chair! My nails look natural and done exactly how I asked. After a few years of trying new places I can finally say I’m going to be committed to this one place! I LOVE IT!!! (I am a customer that would point out every thing when it comes to my nails!) I had nothing to say but thank you for the great service! I highly recommend LUCKY NAILS!!

This nail salon gave me a decent gel manicure, the nail tech could have filed and polished my nails better. The entire nail salon needs to be cleaner an renovated. I will only go back if I’m not able to go to my nail salon in Tolland Ct and I live in East Hartford.

Great customer service take pride in their work.Mother and daughter runs their business by themselves, only work by appointments. Get customers in and out and work safely. If you love keeping a mani and pedi that’s the place to have it done.
