Lucky Nails

Critical: QualityI hate to have to write this review, especially since I know small businesses have really suffered over the last year, but I do feel my experience needs to be shared in order to help others. I made an appointment for a fill, and when I arrived at the salon, it was very clear that the tech had never worked with acrylics before. She kept using the wrong tools, and the other tech on the floor had to keep correcting her. I understand everyone needs to start somewhere, but they shouldn’t have let this woman do my nails with no experience- I made an appointment, so they were alerted of the service I needed in advance. The appointment took 2 HOURS!!! And unfortunately, most of my nails are crooked. I kept politely pointing out the crooked nails during the appointment, but because the tech kept using the wrong tools, she was unable to fix them, and I just gave up. I was charged full price for this appointment which is totally unacceptable, especially since it was clear I was unhappy and the appointment took an hour longer than necessary. I hate to have to write this review, especially since I know small businesses have really suffered over the last year, but I do feel my experience needs to be shared in order to help others.
